Where is my order?
Junglesque.com works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you.
This results in all our orders being shopped to you from across the world - from Thailand and China to Morocco. However we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.
Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-3 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As we ship directly from our manufacturers our products do take between 2 - 3 weeks of business days for delivery. We do send out the tracking information as soon as the item has shipped. We recommend you keep an eye on that for any updates.
Items can sometimes get stuck in customs for a bit while they are processed. If you order still hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks then please reach out to us and we can look into this for you.
International standard shipping is FREE for all orders with no minimum amount of purchase and no matter where you are shipping to. We also have an express shipping option which will cost you $15 (fixed rate).
All our orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.
Something is missing from the order
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
If you have a promo or discount code to use, you can add this on the first page of the checkout process.
How do I cancel my order?
If after placing your order you realise you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at email@example.com and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.
Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.
Our return policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us. We do recommend you use a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for orders being returned to us.
Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
